Daniel Zeichner MP has presented a duo of Cambridge cleaners, Ann Marie Morgan and Szilveszter Hajnal, with certificates for completing their cleaning skills training. The pair are part of a project run by Cambridge charity Wintercomfort which offers free training and work-based learning for those that are homeless or vulnerably housed.

The cleaners work for Social Enterprise Overstream Clean which offers professional cleaning services for offices and business premises across Cambridge. The cleaners travel on fully equipped cargo bicycles enabling them to undertake a wide range of cleaning jobs, while keeping costs low, the environment clean and crucially for Cambridge not having to worry about parking.

Daniel Zeichner MP said: “This is a great project organised by Wintercomfort allowing local people to brush up their skills. All the Overstream Clean team I met today were friendly, efficient and professional. Congratulations to Ann Marie and Szilveszter.”
