Ed Miliband’s promise to freeze energy bills from 2015 to 2017 will give Labour time to create a better functioning energy market, says Cambridge Labour Parliamentary candidate Daniel Zeichner.

Speaking to Radio Cambridgeshire’s Andy Harper, he said that in Government Labour had tried hard to make the current system work, but that the energy companies continued to behave irresponsibly, and it is time to intervene on behalf of consumers.
